SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders placed through the online store will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once the shipment is completed, the tracking number will be sent to you via the email address you used to place the order.

Shipping is free within Turkey for all products purchased from our website for orders of 1,500 TL and above. For orders under 1,500 TL, a shipping fee of 120 TL will be charged.

Please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the product, please do not accept it and return it, or have the delivery person issue a report upon delivery and send the report to us via email. Damage caused by the courier that is reported after the product has been accepted without a report will not be accepted.

For return requests, please first send your return request and the reason, your contact information, and the requested refund amount via email to  info@xixcandles.com . You will receive a response to your return request within 7 business days.

For all products purchased from our website, you can return the products within 14 days of the invoice date without stating any reason. Return requests for products that have been opened, used even partially, or damaged will not be accepted. Returns must be made in the original packaging with the invoice. Products sent to us with a product defect claim will be inspected within 7 business days, and information regarding the acceptance of the return will be sent to the specified email address. If the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 15 business days.
