XIX Candles is a Türkiye-based fragrance design brand. Our collections consist of original fragrance compositions presented in candle form.

By visiting our website or shopping through our store, you are subject to the applicable provisions of these Terms of Service in accordance with current legislation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumers' statutory rights.

5. Orders and Formation of the Contract

Customers may place orders through our website by selecting products and completing the checkout and payment process.

Before an order is completed, customers are provided with information about the essential characteristics of the products, the total purchase price, any applicable delivery charges, and other relevant details.

After an order has been placed, order information is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

If circumstances arise that prevent an order from being prepared or delivered, we will contact the customer.

Order cancellations, inability to fulfil delivery obligations, and related refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Product prices displayed on our website are stated in Turkish lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Product prices may change over time. However, the total price communicated to and accepted by the customer when an order is completed cannot subsequently be increased unilaterally.

7. Shipping and Delivery

XIX Candles currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within Türkiye only.

Nevertheless, XIX Candles remains responsible for fulfilling its delivery obligations within the time limits established by applicable legislation.

Responsibility for loss of or damage to products during transportation, until delivery to the customer or a person authorised by the customer, is determined in accordance with applicable law.

Handing a product over to a shipping carrier does not, by itself, constitute delivery to the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Under applicable legislation, consumers in Türkiye generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason or paying a penalty.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the product has been delivered.

Statutory exceptions relating to personalised products remain applicable. The fact that products in the standard XIX Candles collection are produced in small batches does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Service and the Returns & Refund Policy, mandatory consumer protection provisions that favour the consumer shall apply.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

We take care to ensure that our products reach our customers in appropriate condition.

To help us assess the issue, we kindly ask you to provide your order number, a brief description, and, where possible, photographs of the product.

Your statutory rights and available remedies concerning defective or non-conforming goods under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain unaffected.
